stone mirror

asked to “reflect on the notion of transparency”

french artist michel de broin

found a large stone deep forest of vosges in france

using mirror, glue & cement

to hide the rock’s surface…

the rock then reflected it’s natural surroundings

with “splintered radiance”

  1. This is seriously one of the coolest projects I’ve ever seen. I’ve shown this to a lot of my friends and we’ve called it “Invisible Rock” or “InvisiRock”.

    I think thanks to this I understood how “Invisibility” could work 😀
